General Provisions of iamchef.pro
This document outlines the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). It is designed to ensure transparency, accessibility, and clarity for users, creating a secure and comfortable environment for using the website’s services.
This Policy is drafted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and incorporates the requirements of European Directives on personal data protection (GDPR), as the services of iamchef.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) are available to both citizens of Ukraine and the European Union.

While using the Site’s services, the following user data may be processed:

Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of its processing. Upon the deletion of a user account, all associated personal data is automatically deleted.

Cookies are small text files sent to a web browser and stored on the user’s device (computer, phone, etc.).
- Persistent cookies: Remain until deleted by the user.
- Session cookies: Deleted once the browser is closed.
