Method of preparation

Thaw the broccoli. Cover frozen broccoli with hot water and let sit for [⏱️ 5 min] to thaw. Chop into small pieces and press out excess water.

Roll the phyllo. Melt the butter. Unroll one sheet of phyllo and brush it with butter. Add a spoonful of broccoli, tuna, and feta near one edge, then roll it up into a log.

Assemble the pie. Brush a round baking dish with butter. Arrange the rolls in a spiral, starting from the outer edge, until the dish is full.

Bake. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for [⏱️ 20 min].

Add the custard. With 10 minutes left, whisk together the egg, cream, and mustard. Pour it evenly over the pie and bake for another [⏱️ 10 min].
